For everything in the life there are advantages and disadvantages, advocators and adversaries.
The supporter takes the view that the rate of the delinquency drops,
that’s it a good determent, that’s the bereaved could better handle the crime and so on.
However, the statistics show us another illustration. There aren’t any backed criminal offences.
The offenders don’t assume themselves to keep off doing their crimes. After all it is useless as you can see in the United States.

Ich würde außerdem den Textzusammenhang besser formulieren; wie z.b. nicht so oft "after all" benutzen.
