Hallo!
Vielen lieben Dank schonmal!
1. With timeshare the right is sold to use at a defined time a specific full equipped apartment at holiday resort or a hotel. The annexes can be used by one or two persons or even with the whole family. The use and costs of running the resort are shared among the owners.
2. A mansion in Scotland, which now belongs to an annex of timeshare, was once the home of a famous 18th-century novelist.
3. The costs of timeshare can be affected by the size of the favored property and the season you want to go there. The prices in low season are of course cheaper then the prices in high season.
4. Because you have to pay a fee for maintenance every year besides the purchase.
5. One advantage of timeshare is that the owners can spent their holidays at a special and exclusive place with many luxury facilities. Also positive is that they can choose between different destinations all over the world.
But a disadvantage is that there are constantly new timeshare types on the market and most people don’t want to buy a an “old “and “used” ownership, they prefer a new one, and the developers sell all the new resorts really fast so it is very hard for the owners to resale their ownerships.
6. Hapimag is a corporation and the shareholders buy with the stock a part of the company’s assets and they get points according to the value of their investment which enable the shareholders to a free use of the resorts. |

1. Das "at a defined time" würde ich hinter "apartment" setzen.
3. "cheaper than" (then= dann than=als (im Vergleich)
Es ist gehobener Stil zu sagen:"one wants to go there" statt "you"
5. "It is also positive"
