Hi könnt ihr euch mal diese Überstzung anschauen und ggf. korrigieren...
Munich - As a consequence from the recent lazing meat scandals Bavaria's consumer protection minister Werner Schnappauf (CSU) wants to expand the competences of the food controllers. The cabinet in Munich decided on Wednesday on two corresponding hurry regulations. The Special Unit of the Bavarian Regional Authorities for health and food security can investigate accordingly immediately onto own initiative. The veterinarians of the unit receive authorizations of a public prosecutor and may confiscate also documents in this way. The special unit has currently 26 employees and is intensified on 29. In addition 17 more veterinarians are supposed to cooperate with the unit. Schnappauf pointed out that the special unit should move out still on Wednesday to a use.
"With the special unit we take the large-scale enterprises immediately into the visor", Schnappauf said. It in addition announced to use the planned consumer formation law of the Federal Government in order not to put only the lazing meat traders onto the pillory. Also the restaurants which use lazing meat are supposed to be named. "We" want to stand, "that in the media the name of the trader and the customer in that." This will lead to a "remedial self cleaning process" in the economy.
Meanwhile North Rhine-Westphalia's consumer protection minister Eckhard Uhlenberg (CDU) granted weaknesses with the food controls in his country. "We must become better in all points." Uhlenberg stressed the controls were already intensified, however. Meanwhile the Heinsberger wholesaler in whose deep-freeze warehouse 15 tons of food with durability date worn out had been found referred to agreements with the authorities. He informed of storage and sale of these products.

Grob drübergeschaut (über die Übersetzung kann ich nichts sagen, weil ja der deutsche Text fehlt, nur Korrektur), wenn dir die (wenigen) Erklärungen nicht genügen, frage gezielt nach.
Hoffentlich stimmt das jetzt auch so, wie ich das beschrieben habe...

Mir fiel noch auf den ersten Blick auf: "lazing meat" ist ganz sicher nicht die korrekte Übersetzung von "Gammelfleisch", da "to laze" gammeln im Sinne von faulenzen meint. Besser wäre da die Übersetzung "rotten meat". |

Stimmt, vollkommen übersehen... 
@corsachiller:
Generell gilt: Wenn du ein Wort übersetzen willst, musst du unbedingt bedenken: Wörter die gleich geschrieben sind, aber unteschiedliche Bedeutungen haben (sog. Homogryphen), wie faul = nicht die Arbeit machen/nichts tun und faul = verottet, sind meistens KEINE Homogryphen in der übersetzten Sprache. In dem Fall: Lieber in einem Lexikon nachschlagen!
Dieser Fehler ist mir nämlich häufiger bei dir aufgefallen, aber das lässt sich ja leicht ändern.
