Hello everybody, and welcome to my presentation. Today I will show you how to improve your skills in juggling with the feet.
First you need a football and a little bit time to spend it for.
The clothes are only important, if you try to do some difficult tricks where you have to jump or something like that. I’m wearing a Training suit, because later I’m going to show you a trick where
I have to move my leg fast.

Ok, now I’m going to show you how to juggling with the feet.
Take a good football, with good I mean, a football with enough air. That’s important because when the football hasn’t enough air, it won’t jump, and for juggling it’s important that the ball jumps.

So, take the football with your hands and let it fall over your right or left foot. If you are righty take the right foot and if you are lefty take the left foot.
When you let the football fall over your foot, than at the same moment move your foot up to hit the football. But don’t hit it too much, because than you can’t hit it again and make more score.

When you try to juggle and it looks like so (zeige vor), than you are doing it wrong. But when it looks like so (zeige vor), than it is right.

You can also take the football from the ground, but this is a little bit too difficult for the begin.
If you practice the juggling, you can do different tricks with the football. Like juggling with your head or other things. I’m going to show you 1 trick and juggling with the head. I don’t have enough place here so it’s harder for me, but I try to show it. So let’s go!

This is simple juggling with the feet. Now I try to juggle with my head. When you juggle with the head it’s important that you look at the football, because you don’t know where the football goes if you don’t look at it.

Press your arms near your body, like so (zeige vor) and then shoot the football in the air, try to take it with your head.
Ok so that’s it!

Training makes the master!

Now, I will show you the trick. You can take the football with your hands and let it fall over your foot or you can take it from the ground. We take an easier method; we take the football with our hands and don’t let it fall over our foot. Then we try to hold the football with our foot. After that you, you have to hit the football a little bit and make with your foot a circle, where the football is in the middle. Then you try to catch the football again, that’s a little bit too difficult for the begin so it doesn’t matter if you can’t catch the football.
If you practice this trick and juggling you can combine they. During the juggling you would do the trick.

Hey an und für sich nicht schlecht aber statt like "so" würde ich sagen like "that"... mehr hab ich eigentlich net zu bemängeln, RS is ok.

Für was brauchst dus denn?

You can also take the football from the ground, but this is a little bit too difficult for the begin. (schreib lieber beginning, ist geläufiger und klingt nicht so fremd) =)

Hallo... Gut geschrieben, ist sicher ein interessanter Vortrag smile

1. Abschnitt:
Ich würde "... where I have to move my legs fast" (leg im Plural) nehmen, wenn Du vorher foot im Plural (feet) hast.

2. Abschnitt: "how to juggle" oder "how to do juggling"

3. Abschnitt: "and it looks like that" (bin nicht sicher, ob "so" falsch ist, aber es klingt irgendwie merkwürdig)

Letzter Abschnitt "After that you, you have to" - irgendwie ein "you" zu viel, ist wohl ein Tippfehler ;-)
"You can combine THEM" (nicht they)
