Unable to talk with Ali about his change, Parvez tells his friends, which work such as himself as taxi drivers. They think Ali takes drugs and instruct Parvez to watch Ali carefully.
Having watched his son, Parvez meets Bettina, a prostitute he likes.Being relieved, Parvez tells her about his friends suggestion about Ali. She tells him clues that show drug abuse, however Parvez didn't notice any of this signs.
At home Parvez hears to his relief his son praying, knowing his son's change.
Parvez inform Bettina and his friends.
At the next day Parvez meets Bettina and tells her about the last evening:
Parvez forced his son to go out with him to a restaurant.
In the restaurant Parvez was taught by his son about what's wrong and right, because Parvez drinks alcohol and eats portk, what's forbidden in the Koran.
And Ali told his father that he gives up study as accounter and work in prison with other Muslims.
Bettina persuades Parvez not to give up on Ali.
Therefore Parvez endures his son's reproaches and try to explain him his philosophie of life. However Ali condemn his father for being not religious.
A few evenings later Parvez drives Bettina in his taxi and they put Ali from the street. Being asked about some general questions Ali insults Bettina whereupon Bettina runs away.
Arriving at home Parvez hits Ali, who asks: "So sho's the fanatic now?" |
