Brauche Hilfe bei meinem "Letter of Motivation"

Hallo ,
Da ich vorhabe in 5 wochen einen auslandsaufenthalt von einer dauer von 4 monaten zu starten musste ich hierzu ein Motivationsschreiben verfassen.
ich wäre euch sehr dankbar wenn ihr dieses einmal durchlesen könntet um dieses zu verbessern. Und deshalb bin ich mir sehr unsicher was dieses Schreiben angeht.
Hier mein Letter of motivation

Dear Sir or Madam
I have to spend before a 4-month stay abroad in England. That's way I would like to apply at their(her) enterprise for one it puts.
To my Person:
In May of this year I have acquired my school-leaving exam to Günther Wöhe school for economy in Saarbrücken. On account of a training period I have worked a year in the high hotel company of Domicil Leidinger in Saarbrücken, during my time there I was used in many different areas of the hotel. Predominantly my fields of work existed in the management and in the Housekeeping, however, also with the work in the service and in events I was made close.
After my annual training period in this company I have worked one more year beside the school in this company as a temporary help. Where I could collect furthermore many experiences. In this time stood especially the independent work as well as learn from new things in the foreground.
I would like to finish the stay abroad on account of that for following reasons:
Education:
Purpose is to deepen my already acquired knowledge, by insights in there work routine. Thus the stay abroad should serve, above all to extend my horizon in technical as well as personal regard and to open for me a new look way.
English culture and way of life:
The English culture with her peculiarities and customs is known to me up to now only from film and music. England is seen here as an open, freedom-loving land which is proudly on his culture and history. This way of life I want to get to know through my own experience and stay abroad.
By my stay in England I would like to get to know land, people and approach, see the breathtaking sceneries with own eyes and an image of it get what it means in England to live. By social contacts I would like to get to know the English mentality with her customs, but also, for the purposes of the cultural exchange in Europe which give an understanding of German culture other.

Linguistic proficiency:
In today's globalized world, it is of great advantage, both professionally and personally, to rule the world language of English spoken and written. Within the scope of my present school education I am familiar with the language English, because I learnt them here 6 years as an exam subject. In England I would like to improve my linguistic proficiency, above all, in view of conversations and sure appearance. Besides, I would like to begin in close future a study in the area of Hotel and restaurant management and I hope for the technical in English of the catering trade from this stay also of area to learn around so well prepares in a study to be able to start.
Personal advancement:
The organisation of the everyday life in a foreign land and a foreign culture goes out my present experiences. The masters of this situation are a challenge which feels I me grown and which helps me personally. Therefore, my stay abroad a unique opportunity in every way to expand my horizons and an enrichment of which I can benefit all of my life.
Hence, I expect from my stay abroad new knowledge, personal advancement and a more global view of the work in other companies and lands, an access to the English culture as well as the improvement of my linguistic proficiency. I think that I for her company by my engagement and my motivation an enrichment am. From myself personally I imagine that especially my flexibility and quick perceptive facility distinguishes.

ich habe mir Deinen Entwurf mal angeschaut. Grundsätzlich ist eine gute Basis bei Dir vorhanden, einige Sachen würde ich aber anders ausdrücken, ich hänge meine Version in blauer Schrift einfach hinter Deine.

I graduated from the Guenther Woehe high school for economics in Saabruecken, Germany, in May 2010.
On account of a training period I have worked a year in the high hotel company of Domicil Leidinger in Saarbrücken, during my time there I was used in many different areas of the hotel. Predominantly my fields of work existed in the management and in the Housekeeping, however, also with the work in the service and in events I was made close.
In addition to the regular school education I worked at the Domicil Leidinger hotel in Saarbruecken over a mandatory training period of one year. During this term I worked in several fields of activity such as management, housekeeping and service and as an event manager as well.
After my annual training period in this company I have worked one more year beside the school in this company as a temporary help. Where I could collect furthermore many experiences. In this time stood especially the independent work as well as learn from new things in the foreground.
I would like to finish the stay abroad on account of that for following reasons:
After completion of said training I worked as help after school for an additional year at the same business. On the job I was able to broad my working-experience and improve my skills and expertise, driving me to continue this experience abroad in England.
Education:

All my knowledge about the British, and especially the English morals and local custom I got from watching movies and listening to music, therefore I would love to learn more about this country and its people and I am offering to give you some understanding of the German culture as well.

Insgesamt is es besser sich kurz auszudrücken, Umlaute würde ich, auch wenn in Namen erhalten, nicht verwenden. Als Tipp: Englische Bücher lesen und wenn möglich Filme in englisch anschauen.
