Ich habe eine Gegenfrage: Sollen wir erraten, was der Autor geschrieben hat, oder wie sollen wir dir, ohne den Text vorliegen zu haben, etwas über die Intentionen des Autors sagen können?

Ich übersetze dir mal das, was du da geschrieben hast und du sagst mir, was fehlt: "Der Autor denkt über die britische Lebensweise in Zeiten schwerer Krisen tatsächlich sehr positiv, weil wenn er das britische mit dem amerikanischen Verhalten vergleicht." And he finds out that the Americans handle such a bad situation too fast; that's why they react to crises with action and emotion. Hier bin ich nicht ganz sicher, ob du wirklich das sagen wolltest, was du sagst. In contrast to them the British react very calm and try to handle it relaxed without any emotions. The author is aware that it doesn't mean that the Brits colloquial aren't uncaring or callous. it´s just their way to handle it. At the same time this reaction shows their power through the stoic behaviour which the Americans completely miss So hört sich's einfach besser an. Allerdings ist mir auch hier nicht 100% klar, was genau du sagen möchtest, bzw. ob das dann korrekt ausgedrückt ist. |
