Hallo,ich brauche dringend Hilfe.Von mir wurde heute ein Mitivation letter verlangt,das ich auch gleich abschicken muss.Falls jemand da ist,der gut englisch kann,bitte hilf mir.Mein englisch ist nicht so gut.

Hier mien Schreiben:

I am a student of the 4th year at the University of Applied Sciences ...., Germany, Faculty of Business Administration and Laws and I will graduate in 2010. I am specialized in Human Resource Management.

In spite of the fact that I am a student of the 4th year I have already got some work experience that I gained during my internship by FMM – Company for marketing and attitude research in ..., Germany. During these six months I was allowed to select applicants for interviews, to arrange discussion forums, to complete interviews, to encode questionnaire and to research.

During my studies I also gained excellent knowledge by different trainings in the field of Human Resources which include SAP – Training (HR – Module), Personnel Evaluation, Recruitment and Allocation, Training and Development and Selection of applicants.

Within my emigration to Germany for six years I was already given the opportunity to face the challenges of living in a foreign country and to gain cross-cultural competence. Furthermore I improved my German and have now an excellent command of speaking and writing in German. I also dispose of excellent linguistic knowledge in English. Being a good communicator I can easily establish relationships. You will benefit from my enthusiastic, flexible and patient personality combined with my responsible, organizational and initiative acting. I can easily accommodate in a new environment and tackle all kinds of problems, which will make me an asset to your business. I am also able to keep different needs and requirements in mind and to work with all kinds of people. Good communication and being open minded are additional qualities of mine.

While the last years I also travel a lot through Central Europe and Thailand, which showed me, that I am interested in other cultures and countries. I have chosen India as my destination because it has an incredible culture with high cultural differences. The knowledge about a country - its culture and tradition is unique - is in my opinion very important for someone like me who wants to expand his own horizon and to advance his own cross-cultural understanding.

For my personal and academic future I would like to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours that are necessary to perform as a confident, independent person and as an active learner who is able to work individually as well as in groups. It is my dream and ambition to be successful with my studies in order to develop a career that leads to working with all kinds of people.
