Hallo
Kann bitte mal jemand über die folgenden Sätze drüberkucken und mir sagen ob die so okay sind?
a)If the institue spends any more money on this project, they will go bankrupt.
b) If he came to the conference, everybody would be delighted.
c) Providing this tube is okay, we will be able to repair the tv.
d) I am sur we would succed if we really tried.
e) The machine would work longer if you oiled it according to the instruments manuel.
f) if the companies used their computers better, they would certainly save a lot of time.
g) We will destroy the earth if we keep on polluting the environment like this.
h) If the constructors of the tunnel knew how to do their job, we wouldn´t have all these extra costs.
i) You should insulate your jouse if you want to keep the heat in the room.
j) If the battery wasn´t out of order, the car would start.

c) verstehe ich als Satzkonstruktion nicht.
bei h) würde ich dir nicht zustimmen, weil ich glaube, dass es diese Extrakosten ja nun gibt. Also: Wenn die Bauleute ihren Job gewusst hätten ihren Job zu tun, dann hätte es nicht diese Kosten gegeben. Also würde ich die dritte Form vorschlagen: If the constructors had known how to do their job, there would not have been all these extra costs.
Persönlich würde ich auch der g) nicht zustimmen (als notorischer Pessimist), ich würde eher den Irrealis der Gegenwart (also Form II) vorschlagen.
Bei den anderen Sätzen stimmt zumindest die Anwendung, wenn ich nichts übersehen habe. Die Rechtschreibung sollte aber noch einmal überprüft werden! (z.B.: isolate statt insulate in i)
