Argumentation Voluntary work

Meine Frage:
Hi, ich muss eine Argumentation über Voluntary work schreiben, ob es pflicht werden soll 10 stunden voluntary work in einem Jahr zu machen.
Hoffe ihr könnt mir ein paar Tipps geben und Hilfestellungen bei dem Gegenargument was ich entkräften muss. Dafür habe ich folgende Argumente, die entkräftet werden könnten: -steal jobs; - students dont have enough free time then; - does it really help a community?;- forced labour might me taken negatively.
Mit meinem Gegenargument bin ich nämlich noch nicht zufrieden.

Hoffe ihr könnt mir vielleicht ein Beispiel nennen und mein Text "korrektur lesen"

I have made the experience how voluntary work could be.
In England it is discussed, if it will be forced for any student.
Is it effective to introduce voluntary work for ten hours a year for any student?

Im sure that, it makes you proud to see that the people are happy. For example, if you do the shopping and cooking for them, it makes you proud because you see you have done it on your own.
Another argument for voluntary work is, that the crime rate will fall, because busy students stay out of trouble.
They can not commit a crime, if they do voluntary work for the community.
Of course its a problem, that the students do not have enough free time then, but it improves your CV for an application.
They can see, that you did voluntary work for the community.

Summarizing most arguments are in favour, that voluntary work for any student is usefull. In my opinion its also like a work experinece and might help you to find the right job for you in the future.
Therefore I think voluntary work for any students is effective.
