Hitler Youth

1.Foundation The Hitler Youth,an organization was founded in 3rd and 4th July 1926 in Weimar.During Weimar Republic it was rather insignificant .After Hitler?s coming into power the Party organization turned into a international organization . Other organizations were banned and forbidden.At the beginning the Hitler Youth was voluntarily.On 1st December 1936,the voluntarily membership by the ,,Law over the Hitler YOuth?? and in 25th MArch by the adoption of the ,,Jugenddienstpflicht?? to a compulsory membership.Because of this ,the number of members rose from 100.000 to 8,6 millions.

2.Formation of the Youth organizations
There were separated organizations for boys and girls and they were divided into groups .

But not everyone in the HJ were in the same opinion as other kids. Groups like ??Swing Kids? , ?Edelweiss Piraten?or the ?Leipziger Meuten?were against the HJ.

3.Why the children and teenagers joined to the Hitler Youth 3.1 advertising campaigns
In 1933 there was a big advertising campaign to convince the teenagers and kids to join to the Hitler Youth.Brochures,posters,parades,? promised a lot of fun,camp life and other good reasons why you have to join to this organization.

4. Aims and tasks of the Hitler Youth
The task of the Hitler Youth was to educate the kids and the youths like ??real??Germans and Like the NS-ideology .Jews were not allowed in the Hitler youth,because,they weren't Aryans.The boys were prepared for military service and the girls for motherhood.
In everyday life the Hitler Youth was organized militarily.Everyday the kids and the youths have to do all kind of sport,target practice.
