Ich habe folgende hausaufgabezu morgen auf, die ich nicht verstehe. Bitte um Hilfe.
Schreibe die Sätze nochmal ohne das Partizipel zu benutzen.
1)After watching for a while, the brothers suddenly realized that the schoolhouse was empty.
2) Grabbing one each, they sat on the floor with the slates in their laps,as they had so often watched the children do.
3)Lost in the vorbidden world,they did not notice that the dancing outside had ended,nor did they hear the teacher come up behind.

Meine lösung
wobei ich nicht weiss, ob das richtig ist.

1)After watching foe a while, the brothers suddenly realized the empty schoolhouse.

Hallo,
hier sollst du wohl das partizip präsens entfernen
Bsp: The boy playing with Jill is my brother
ergibt dann
the boy who is playing with Jill is my brother
Oder in deinem Fall:
After watching for a while, the brothers suddenly realized that the schoolhouse was empty.
The brothers who had watched for a while, suddenly realized that the schoolhouse was empty.

und bei satz 2 und 3?

Versuche es doch erstmal alleine. Du sollst es schließlich lernen, dazu sind Hausaufgaben da. Wir korrigieren sie dann gerne, solltest du Fehler drn haben.
