Turn the radio off.
OR
Turn off the radio.
But with pronouns only like this:
Turn it off.
Aufgabe:
Complete the sentences with phrasal verbs: choose a verb from the box below and decide whether you need away, down, in, off, on or up.
Box:
chase * fill * give * let * look * pick * put (2x) * take

Am schluß des Satzes steht mein Lösungsvorschlag:

2. I used to play football, but I've got no time now, so I ... it ... . (
3. My friend promised she would be here, and now she isn't: she really ... me ... tonight ...!
4. Help, those horrible animals want my blood! Tina, please .... them ....!
5. Well, if don't know the word, you could ... it ... in a dictionary.
6. No, Jennifer, that cap doesn't look good on you ... it ... and put it back on the shelf. (
7. You'll freeze if you go outside like that! ... ... a jacket. (Put on a jacket.)
8. Dad, we're in the town centre and we've missed the bus. Can you ... us ...? (Can you take us away?)
9. If you frop that model, you'll have to pay for it. You really ought to ... it ... . (You really ought to pick it up .)
Ich weiß nicht ob die Richtig sind? und manche kann ich nicht zu Ordnen |
