Das höchte Gebäude der Stadt New York wäre ja (wieder und noch) das Empire State Building mit 381m Höhe.
Das Empire State Building hat im englischen tatsächlich einen Artikel - leider kann man das aber NICHT verallgmeinern. Vor den Wörtern mit "Building" im Namen, dürfte das zwar stimmen - aber zum Beispiel ist das Wort "The Buckingham Palace" nicht wirklich korrekt - "The Buckingham Palace Gardens" hingegen schon!
