| hi ulli, das hört sich ja alles nicht schlecht an, aber mein lehrer hat nur in reservates unterstrichen, had to go nicht. hab mich falsch ausgedrückt. Danke für deine Hilfe. |

| hi, da gibt es keinen deutschen text zu. Die Aufgabe war, einen text über die immigrants schreiben. der lehrer hat n paar stichpunkte dazu aufgeschrieben aber sonst nichts. danke |

| hi, danke für eure hilfe, da wäre aber noch ne frage: was kann man statt ".....and pressed in the hunting grounds from the Indians." und ".........had to go in reservates." schreiben? Das hat mein Lehrer rot unterstrichen, ich weiß aber nicht warum!  danke  |

| The immigrants came from Europe, Sweden, France and Holland. They had left their homes because many of them hoped to find freedom and gold in America . Many families started there a new life as famers. When they arrived in America, they were surprised seeing other people. They called those people "Indians". First the Indians behaved peacefully, because they showed the immigrants how to grow corn and vegetables and they shared their land with them. If they had refused to do that, the Europeans wouldn´t have survived. Later the Europeans wanted to have more land from the Indians and pressed in the hunting grounds from the Indians. But the Indians tried to save their hunting grounds and before the war about the land between the Indians and the Whites started, they had made an agreement with their own rules. That gave a big dispute, so the war began. The Whites won the war and as a result the Indians had to go in reservates. There they learned how the Whites live and they had to accept it. The rest of them had to die. The Europeans were happy and searched for gold on the land belonging to the Indians. | |
