SUPER SIZE ME

"Super Size Me" is a documentary film from Morgan Spurlock, an American filmmaker. He will show us the drastic effects from overeating, poor nutrition and why many people suffer from obesity. At the beginning of his experiment he weights 84 kg and puts over 11 kg throughout 30 days.
Two obesity girls think that they became obese as a result of Mc Donald's meal. So they
He states that the human body is very adaptable. Morgan eats every day 3 offered meals only from Mc Donald's. He must take a Supersize meal when someone asked him. At the beginning of his experience he has nauseas and must vomit.
A short time later he likes Supersize meals and can´t have enough. He doesn´t sport and live in the city. At the end of his experience he suffers from mood swings, sexual dysfunction, high cholesterol values and fat accumulation of his liver. His internist will stop the experiment because he gets health (heart palpitations) problems, lost muscle mass... However Morgan will not stop this experience. He's now bride, a vegan chef tells that he lost much of his energy. Morgan notes that he eats so much McDonald's meals as an ordinary person should eat in 8 years.
He feels that he has bouts of depression, lethargy and headaches. Morgan needs over 14 months to lose these weights he put off. His wife helps him with a detox diet. So people can see that McDonald salads, dressing have more calories than hamburgers. Mc Donald argues that all the changes during the experience are resumes of overeating. .

After McDonald´s is hamburger and pizza the next famous favourite fast food meal. Hamburger you must it not bake. Pizza is easy to make, to serve, and you have more varied. People can get it in fancy restaurants. The idea came from the Greeks and they call it at first plakuntos. They needs oil, onions and simple topics for it. The most toppigs came from Mexico and Peru. In 1889 Kind Umberto I and Queen Margherita would try the Pizza. A famous pizza maker (Rafael Esposito) bakes a pizza like the Italian flag with red tomatoes, green basil leaves and mozzarella cheese. The Queen liked and named it Pizza Margherita.
After the World War II the American soldiers returned from Italy. So they makes the pizza popular and came with the idea from there. Now the Americans are the biggest consumer in the world. In the United States are over 61000 pizzerias. Some other countries have they favourite toppings like French (bacon), Brazil (green peas), Australia (shrimp, pineapple).....


YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
Eating is a part of our life. One the one hand we need it to feel better, think more clearly and children to growing. One the other hand it can be dangerous for our body and health.
At first we must eat balanced, smaller amounts and healthy servings. Fries, toppings, desserts, burgers are not good to lose weight. To eat in front of the TV is dangerous and you haven´t control. So you can overeat. We must eat when we are hungry. Snacking is allowed, but nutritious snacks are better for us. People must eat healthy and slowly. Less Fat is recommended.
Many reasons why people eat: Time of day, hunger, Food can look tempting, frustration, nervousness, sadness....
The FOOD GUIDE PYRAMIDE offers us:

At First: That we must eat bread, cereal, rice and past group. Important is that we have 6 - 11 servings every day.
Second: Fruit- and vegetable groups (tomatoes, carrots, salads).
Third: Milk, yogurt & cheese groups, meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs and nuts groups.
The Last groups they offer: Fats, oils and sweets.
Eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia nervosa is in common. To lose weight must be healthy.
? If people have anorexia nervosa, they try self starvation to lose weight.
? Bulimia nervosa: People eat at first, than they try to vomit to lose weight.
To lose weight, people need a professional help. They must counsel a doctor, talk with their parents, partners, friends, school counselor about it.
