Ich zitiere mal ein Blatt über "summaries" von meiner Lehrerin:
Ich weiß nicht, ob man das zu deinem ersten Satz sagen kann, aber der Form halber könntest du sowas wie "The newspaper report... tells about" oder so. Ich habe noch keine summary geschrieben, kann dir also nicht mehr helfen, tut mir leid...

| Also ich muss eine summary schreiben und inhaltlich ist es im großen und ganzen richtig jedoch brauch ich hilfe beim sprachlichen und grammatikalischen. wäre sehr toll wenn das jemand mal korrekturlesen könnte, ob ich die zeit eingehalten hab usw. Summary The newspaper report “Danish cartoonist attacker charged” is about a Somali man who is charged by a count due to an attempted murder of the cartoonist Kurt Westergaard whose drawings of Prophet Muhammed insult Muslims. The authorities receive an alarm there upon they arrive. The Danish police shoot at the man, who is weaponed with a knife and an axe. Officials from the Danish security, Pet, say that the man has close connections to the somali terror organization, al Shabab and to al-Qaeda. He is also suspicious of having been involved in terror related activities. However he denies the charges of trying to kill the cartoonist. Pet estimates that the assosination of Kurt Westergaard is terror related. He is under police protection since his work appeared in 2005. Apart from that, the drawings cause violent protests and many people are killed during the protests.
