Das mikt der Order muss auf jeden FAll über das Dear sir or madam. ausserdem soltest du versuchen nicht die personenangabe zu wechseln. Du schreibst erst Ich schreibe Ihnen, weil UNS .... Entweder ... oder ... "The parcel, which includes the games, contained the goods ordered, which arrived in good condition." The ordered parcel contained the games and it arrived in a good condition. ( bessere formulierung wäre toller, aber fällt mir gerade nich ein ) "When we examined the 200 sets TINDONET 256, we discovered that they contained the wrong DEMO DVD." ist demo das gleich wort in englisch auch ?! "To our surprise they include the Japanese version." ....it included the japanese version of the DVD... |

| hallo. hätte da noch einen brief zum korrektur lesen. wenn wer lust und zeit hat wäre es sehr nett, wenn er/sie mir helfen würde. To our surprise they include the Japanese version. Please arrange for the immediate despatch of the incorrect Demo DVDs.
