Thema: Medizinisch technische Radiologie assistentin

1.) Der Lette Verein
Im Jahre 1866 gründete Wilhelm Adolf Lette den „ Verein zur Förderung der Erwerbsfähigkeit des weiblichen Geschlechtes“, der nach seinem Tod 1868 in „ Lette-Verein“ umbenannt wurde.
Ab 1872 unter der Leitung von Anna Schepeler-Lette, wird der Verein Schulträger und bietet nach kurzer Zeit eine Vielzahl an Ausbildungen für Frauen an. Er wirkt damit bahnbrechend für die Förderung der Frauenerwerbstätigkeit.
Am 18. Oktober 1902 wird das heute denkmalgeschützte Gebäude Viktoria- Luise- Platz 6 in Schöneberg bezogen. Dieses Gebäude wurde von dem bekannten Architekt Alfred Messel entworfen. Nach dem 1984 der Neubau des Laborgebäudes in der Geisbergstraße 34 bezogen wurde, präsentiert sich der Lette- Verin heute als traditionsreiche Bildungsstätte, die auf hohem Niveau finanzierbare Berufsausbildungen anbietet

3.) Die 4 Fachrichtungen der Radiologie
In der Nuklearmedizin bekommt der Patient eine Radioaktive Substans intra venös gespritzt. Dadurch Strahlt der Patient es liegt jedoch keine Gesundheitsgefärdung vor. Dadurch können Stoffwechselleistungen des Organismus erfasst, gemessen und bildlich dargestellt werden.

Bei der Strahlentherapie handelt es sich um die Behandlung bösartiger und nicht bösartiger Erkrankungen. Mit hilfe von Strahlen oder Chemotherapie. Es werden z.b. Tumore behandelt. Jährlich erkranken 270000- 300000 Menschen neu an Krebs in Deutschland.

Eine weitere Aufgabe einer MTA ist es die Messgeräte auszuwerten und sie zu protokollieren. Dies wird in der Dosimetrie gemacht. Es wird großen wert auf den Strahlenschutz der Patienten, des Personals und unbeteidigter dritter Personen gelegt

4.) Wichtig für eine werdene MTA
Eine Mta sollte immer auf Menschliche Probleme und Bedürfnisse eingehen können. Es ist wichtig dem Patienten die Angst vor der Untersuchung zu nehmen z.B. durch aufklären. Denn ein Aufgeklärter Patient ist eventuell ein kooperativerer Patient.

5.) Was für Strahlen gibt es

Teilchenstrahlung:
-Alpha Strahlen
Alphateilchen sind Kernpakete (Heliumkerne)
Sie sind zweifach positiv geladen und bestehen aus zwei protoden und zwei neutroden

-Beta Strahlung

Die Neutronenstrahlung wird nicht in der Medizin genutzt.

Elektromagnetische Wellenstrahlung:
- Röntgenstrahlung
Sie entsteht bei Energieänderung in der Atomhülle
- Gammastrahlung Diese Strahlen nennt man
Sie Entsteht bei Energieübertragung im Atomkern auch Vernichtungsstrahlen
