Characterization of a Person! - 1

Meine Frage:
Ich soll zur einer der Hauptpersonen der Englischlektüre "Black Lightning" von Andrew Monrow eine Charakterisierung schreiben. Ich habe eine Charakterisierung für die Hauptperson Katherine geschrieben, doch ich bin mir mit Grammatik und dem Aufbau bzw. Gliederung unsicher!

Meine Ideen:
The main person in the English novel ?Black Lightning? by Andrew Monrow, Katherine, is on the search for a good runner for the team Canada of the Olympic Games in Vancouver because her boss has dreamt it.

Katherine, Nickname Kathy (p.5), is a marketing expert at Skyshoes and the personal assistant of Simon Swartz, the boss of Skyshoes. (p.5, p.8 )
Besides she is single, live in an apartment in Vancouver, Canada (p.98 ) and have a car (p.16).
She comes from a farmer-family. (p.15)
When Kathy is in the endless flatness of central Canada she remembers her childhood. (p.14)
After her father died she went from Flatrock to Vancouver. (p.16)

She is not totally happy to works at Skyshoes but it is a well-paid job. (p.11)
Although she comes from a farmer-family she hates the farmer-life. (p.15)
The work at Skyshoes finds she a great weight. (p.97)
Because of that she gives the resignation to Skyshoes in the end of the novel. (p.97)
She is courageous because she hit Marcus on his thick neck, as he wanted to steal her car, although he is stronger and taller than she. (p.16) She follow him, too.
Besides she is helpful because she wants to help Mr. Swartz so that his dream gets true (p.10+11) and wants that Marcus have a better life (p.39).
She is optimistic because she thinks that Marcus can beat Arnold Arrow (p.43), is a sensitive person because she is totally stressed, can´t relax and doesn´t have any energy to watch the final race (p.95+96) and is ambitious because she wants that Marcus competes versus Arnold (p.54-57). She is friendly and nice, too.
To be alone in the nature like she. (p.52+53)
She doesn´t really have a self-confidence because she is unsure whether she tells Mr. Swartz about Marcus. (p.47-48 )
She gets drunk although she disliked alcohol, too. (p.95)

An almost artistic talent for marketing and good imagination have Katherine. (p.8 )
Most of the training exercises for Marcus she learned at Skyshoes. (p.40)
Because of her job she travels a lot. (p.64,p.87)
She feels fantastic when she gives her resignation to Skyshoes in the end of the novel. (p.97)
Katherine has a quarrel with her father until he died. (p.35)
She doesn´t have a good relationship with her boss. (p.106)
Marcus and Katherine have built up a relationship (p.48,p.89)
She feels guilty that she has ?sold? Marcus to Skyshoes. (p.79,p.88,p.95)
Because of that she worries about him. (p.84,p.87-92)
She feels responsible for Marcus, too. (p.93)

Ich habe nur ein wenig grammatisch verbessert. Man kann sicher noch einiges verbessern.
