Hallo,
könntet ihr mal schauen, ob ich die richtigen Zeiten der Verben eingesetzt habe? Vielen Dank.
I lived in Detroid for the past 20 years. My husband and I moved here from Louisiana in 1972 because we wanted to open our own business. At the time, we were dreamed of running a small restaurant where we could serve special Cajun dishes from our home state. At first, we had problems getting a loan from the bank to buy a restaurant. We were very upset because we didn't expect that. In Louisiana we told that outside the South black people were treaten much better. However, my husband, who was never discouraged by problems, found a white friend who immadiately suggested that he could go into business with us. After that, getting a loan was no problem. Our friend is a silent partner since those days. I am sure he was never regrot going into business with us because our Cajun restaurant had been done very well ever since it opnened in 1975. Last year, it even included in a National restaurant guide. _________________ Gruß funny |

Das wäre mein Vorschlag, bin mir bei manchen Sachen aber auch nicht sicher. _________________ ~{Lischen}~ |

Hi,
hier nun mein Vorschlag :
I have been living in Detroit for the past 20 years. In 1972 my husband and I moved here because we wanted to open our own business. At that time we were dreaming of running a small restaurant where we could serve special Cajun dishes from our home state. At first we were having/ we had problems getting a loan from the bank to buy a restaurant. We were very upset because we hadn't expected that. In Louisiana we were told that outside the South people were treated much better. My husband, however, who has never been disENcouraged by problems found a white friend who immediately suggested that he could go into business with us. After that, getting a loan, wasn't a problem anymore. Since those days our friend is a silent partner. I am sure he has never regretted going into business with us because our Cajun restaurant has been doing well ever since it opened in 1975. Last year it even was included in a national restaurant guide.
