Hi also noch nicht viel passiert, dann will ich mal unauffällig die zu 6) unterbringen:

People selected for for a higher position by their boss. The boss judge their employees. This is followed by six-monthly evalutions. The advantage is all employees have a chance to improve their abilities. The disadvantage is at any time give it no simple workers in the company.


Würde mich echt freuen, wenn mir mal einer ein wenig unter die Arme greifen könnte.

habe hier ein englischen Text zu dem ich Fragen beantworten soll. Vielleicht wäre einer von euch so freundlich und könnte sich mal meine Antworten durchlesen koorigeren bzw. verbesserungsvorschläge machen.

Ricardo Semler didn´t agree with his father´s concept of running a company. Ricardo Semler wanted people motivate and eliminated bureaucarcy . He wanted that people felt free and had fun at worke.

zu 3)
Ricardo Semler doesnt employ specialists. Nearly all workers have masterd several jobs. They are no receptionists, secretaries or personal assistants.

zu 4)
Dead-end means jobs without promotion prospects. In Semco gives no jobs with dead-end.
Dead-end jobs are receptionists, secretaries, or personal assistants.


zu 5)
Peoples are working in teams has many advantages. Nearly each worker have masterd several jobs. Moreover a team builds faster products, because they needn´t approval from her boss.
In my own opinion group working has the advantage that each worker produce what he ca do perfectly.


zu 6) kommt morgen. Muss erstmal die Korrektur verkraften.
