| Willkommen im Englischboard! Dein Text ist recht gut geschrieben, von ein paar Flüchtigkeitsfehlern, die Du bestimmt selber siehst, abgesehen. Du solltest allerdings generell den Artikel bei Namen weglassen, also z.B. "Westminster Palace" statt "the Westminster Palace" schreiben. Viele Grüße Steffen |

| I visited London three years ago with a good friend. We travelled by aeroplane and landed in the morning. At first we had a wonderful English breakfast near the airport. We ate a typical English breakfast with sausages, eggs, baked beans and toast. Then we went by subway to the Big Ben. After we took some pictures we bought a ticket for the Hop-on Hop-off bus and saw the wonderful city. On our sightseeing tour we saw the Westminster Palace, the London Eye and Buckingham Palace. The hopped off the bus and took a picture of a guide from the Buckingham Palace. In the afternoon we ate some sandwiches at the Hyde Park and went to the Madame Tussauds. There we saw a lot of film stars and singers. That was great. At the evening we had a lot of fun on the London Eye. We had a ride on the famous giant wheel. On the second day we visited Stonehenge. We booked a tour and drove 2 ½ hours on the left side. That was very strange. We were so impressed from Stonehenge. It’s amazing how big the prehistoric monument is. After that we drove 10 miles to Old Sarum. There are foundations of an old cathedral. In the afternoon we came back to London and bought some souvenirs at the big warehouse Harrods. We ate our last meal in a romantic restaurant at the Piccadilly Circus. In the late evening my friend and I fought home. It was a short but an amazing trip. |
