Backshift of Tenses hat geklappt. Das Problem ist, dass du natürlich auch die Sätze an sich anpassen musst. Im deutschen brauchst du Übergangsworte wie "ob" etc. - die brauchst du auch im Englischen. Ferner ist es notwendig Bestimmungen von Zeit/Ort, etc. anzupassen, die hast du hier nicht. Ferner: Fragesätze sind dann natürlich Aussagesätze. Gruß MI

Apr 2011 09:23    Titel: Reported speech Meine Frage: Hallo Ich hätte folgende frage ob ich die 2 vorgegebenen sätze richtig umgeändert habe, hoffe ihr hilft mir, wenn nicht 1.Change into reported speech starting with: Everyone was wondering..."is this technology going to be successful? 2.Change into reported speech starting with:Max Carcas said that..."In the long run, this will become one of the most competive sources of energy" Meine Ideen: 1.Mein Ansatz ist: Everyone was wondering, is that technology was going to be successful? 2.Mein Ansatz ist: Max Carcas said that, in the long run, that would become one of the most competive sources of energy. Bin mir bei beiden leider nicht sicher hoffe ihr hilft mir.
