so doof es klingt, aber eine public school ist eine private boarding school; eine öffentliche schule ist eine state school.
der vater will, dass die kinder auf die tolle schule gehen und die mutter will sie nicht von zu Hause wegschicken

Eine boarding school ist ein Internat und eine privat school ist eine Privatschule, das ist schon ein Unterschied...

Sagt das der Vater? Warum will der nicht, dass seine Söhne dann auf eine "boarding school" gehen? Ich denke, der Vater ging zu einer "public school", also zu einer elite Schule und möchte seine Söhne auch dort hin gehen lassen, warum nicht zu einer "boarding school", wo liegt der unterschied?
könnt ihr mit den unterschied zwischen einer borading school und einer private school erklären?
