Und damit einmal meine Version. Das ein oder andere habe ich gefunden -hoffentlich habe ich nicht zu viel übersehen bzw. verschlimmbessert.
Ingsgesamt hätte ich zwei Tipps an dich: 1. Vermeide allzu lange Sätze, nur um eventuell einen gewählten Ausdruck zu haben. Das ist im Englischen nicht zwingend gegeben, kurze Sätze können hier viel angebrachter sein. 2. Und das gehört zu 1.: Denke noch mehr an den Satzbau, der ist insgesamt oft zu "deutsch" und nicht ganz richtig.
Ansonsten aber ist dein Englisch meiner Einschätzung nach formal und recht ordentlich. Keine Vokabeln, die völlig daneben sind, etc.

Ginge, ja, aber ich glaube nur mit Komma abgetrennt. Ich finde aber nach einem "and" sollte man das Adverb besser in den Satz eingliedern (vor oder nach dem "am" müsste passen)

Zuerst gefällt mir die Stellung des Adverbs nicht wirklich. Mein Bauch würde sich mit der jetzigen Lösung besser anfühlen
. Zweitens, sofern du den Satz wirklich weiterführen willst, solltest du vielleicht ein Wort des Gegensatzes (instead) benutzen, mit "what" klingt der Text recht umgangssprachlich. Last but not least würde ich nicht "new" schreiben, weil die Kultur als solche ja nicht neu ist, oder?

vacation im Plural kenne ich so nicht. Außerdem kannst du den Satz so nicht direkt anschließen.

Ein Tipp: vermeide solche Monstersätze. Das Englische ist keine Sprache dafür, vor allen Dingen dann nicht, wenn du eigentlich zwei völlig verschiedene Aspekte in einen Satz unterbringen willst. Dabei ist dir - zumindest hier - die Satzstruktur völlig abhanden gekommen und ich habe eine Weile gebraucht, den Satz in seine Einzelteile zu zerlegen. Ich habe die Zusammenfassung deiner Arbeiten einmal in Gedankenstriche abgetrennt; das würde funktionieren.

Huhu an alle
Ich bin neu hier und habe schon direkt ein Bitte an euch
Demnächst möchte ich ein MTV in Guatemala machen, dafür brauche ich einen Letter of Motivation. Könntet ihr euch meinen ersten Entwurf mal durchlesen und mir vielleicht ein paar Tipps geben was ich besser machen kann.

One may think that I could achieve all this while simply spending vacations in one of these countries I would like to come to know closer, but another intention of mine is to help and understand the people living there.
I want to understand how such a great number of people had fallen into poverty. And to those I want to direct my help to. In school, one of my main subjects is Spanish, and due to this I learned a lot about South America and the living conditions of the people in general and the life of the street children, los niños callejeros, in particular.
In the course of improving my Spanish, I went to Cádiz in summer 2006, where I went to school every day, talking to my host mother and living in the Spanish culture, not just made me learn Spanish grammar, it also immersed me into using the language.
Here in Germany I work, also as a volunteer, in our youth group in church, with children between 9 and 16 years, there we meet one time per week in order to spend our time together. Organizing 2 Camps gave me the possibility to approve my leading qualities as well as my abilities to deal with situations, which are not to be predictable.
My unique mixture of working experiences, two times I have been in a hospital, where I learned to accompany dying persons or many times simply helped people with what they can not do by themselves, washing them, helping them with their food ect., or my stay in London, working in a Flower shop in Chiswick, in order to improve my English by communicating, but also to be creative, employs my flexible, multilateral interested attitude, which definitely is helpful for a work, such as I am applying for hereby.
