Hi Tahr,
hier mein Korrekturvorschlag:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Harrison Bergeron was first published in October 1961. The story is about the future and all people there are equal in every way. One exception is the fourteen-year-old boy Harrison. He is extraordinary intelligent and one April a policeman takes him away to prison. One day Harrison`s parents watch TV and they see a dance by ballerinas. Later the program is interruped for a news bulletin. The announcer speaks about a boy called Harrison who has escaped from jail. They say that he is very dangerous and everybody should be careful when meeting him. Suddenly Harrison stands in the middle of the studio and crys that he is the Emperior. Everybody excepts to die but Harrison makes a party in the studio. For a moment people are having fun and they are happy but suddenly a policeman comes in the studio and fires with his gun twice. Finally Bergerons` TV burns out and they forget what has happened

1. 2 Handlungen parallel ablaufen: I was sitting in the waiting room. A woman was reading and a boy was talking to his mother.
I was just watching TV, when the telephone rang.
I was working all day long.

One day Bergeron's parents are just watching a ballerina on TV, when the program is interrupted by a news bulletin.
So..jetzt passts aber..hoff ich...

Nun mein Verbesserungsvorschlag:(Ich hab gleich Ullis' Text genommen):
Harrison Bergeron was first published in October 1961. The story is about the future and all people there are equal in every way. One exception is the fourteen-year-old boy Harrison. He is EXTRAORDINARILY intelligent and one April a policeman takes him away to prison. One day WHEN Harrison`s parents ARE WATCHING TV they WATCH a dance by ballerinas. Later ON the program is interruped for a news bulletin. The announcer speaks about a boy called Harrison who (KEIN HAS) escaped from jail. They say that he is very dangerous and everybody should be careful when meeting him. Suddenly Harrison stands in the middle of the studio and CRIES that he is the EMPEROR. Everybody EXPECTS to die but Harrison makes a party in the studio. For ONE moment people HAVE fun and they are happy but suddenly a policeman comes inTO the studio and fires with his gun twice. Finally Bergerons` TV burns out and they forget ABOUT what has happened.
